Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost of cleanup and restoration until we assess the damage. We provide a detailed estimate on all services and are happy to work directly with your insurance company to limit your out of pocket expenses.
How long does restoration take?
Depending on the exact work required, restoration may take a few days to several weeks. We outline the time required in our estimate and will gladly work around your schedule.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are experienced in working with all insurance companies and will be happy to call your agent with you to help ensure as much damage is covered as possible.

Do you dry carpet and flooring?
We do dry carpeting and flooring, however, it may be necessary to remove and discard severely damage materials. Our water damage specialist will explain what can and cannot be dried after our initial assessment.
Do you dry wet furniture?
Some furniture can be dried, while other items may need to be discarded. Our water damage specialist will cover exactly what can be salvaged after our initial assessment.
Will you dry my belongings?
We can dry belongings depending on the severity of damage and the specific item in question. Talk with your water damage specialist about specific items that require drying.
Is your equipment safe for my children and pets?
While our equipment is safe, we do recommend that children and pets are kept at a safe distance throughout the drying process.
Fire and Smoke Damage Questions
Can I clean smoke damage myself?
While you may be able to remove visible smoke damage, smoke and soot can easily travel further than you think. Our fire and smoke restoration specialist will ensure a thorough cleaning to prevent damage in the future.
Can I use my furnace or air conditioner?
Smoke and soot are likely to settle in your ductwork. We recommend that you do not use heating and cooling systems until our fire and smoke restoration specialist has completed our initial assessment and give the all clear.
Can you restore my paintings, photographs, antiques, etc?
Specialty items like antiques, paintings, and photographs require specialized fire and smoke restoration. We typically do not restore these items but will advise you on specialized restoration professionals better equipped to handle these items.
Mold Removal Questions
How can I tell if I have mold?
Mold often forms blue, green, grey, or black thread-like structures and may appear fuzzy. The most frequent signs of mold are musty or damp odors, discoloration, peeling paint or wallpaper, persistent sources of moisture, and deteriorating materials.
Is it possible to clean mold on my own?
Mold is a symptom of some source of moisture. While you can clean surface mold, it will return if the water issue remains.
Is mold dangerous to my health?
Mold may cause allergy-like symptoms in healthy individuals. Children, the elderly, and those with respiratory issues, weakened immune systems, and other diseases are likely to have more severe reactions.
Sewage Cleanup Questions
Is sewage dangerous to my health?
Sewage contains bacterial and viral contaminants that can infect humans and pets. We advise you to take safety precautions when dealing with a sewage backup.
Is it possible to clean sewage on my own?
Due to the possibility of bacterial and viral contamination, it is advised that you do not clean up sewage on your own. Take safety precautions to limit exposure to sewage, including physical contact as well as breathing it in.

What are biological hazards?
Biohazards are any substance that poses a health risk to human. This includes blood, bodily fluids, biologic material, and other toxic materials.
Are biological hazards dangerous to my health?
Biohazards are likely to contain and spread bloodborne pathogens, bacterial, and viral contaminants or pose a significant toxic risk to your health.
Is it possible to clean biohazard on my own?
We strongly advise that you never attempt to clean up biohazards on your own. You are likely to spread contaminants and possibly infect yourself.
